  • 1.  SSO option not present Cloud WAF

    We are looking to implement SSO. The documentation states:

    1. On the top menu, click Account > Account Management.
    2. On the sidebar, click Users & Identity > SSO.

    However, this option does not appear in the nav and does not seem to be present anywhere in the UI. Does this require Imperva support to activate?

    The most likely problem is that you are not the account admin (there is only one per CWAF account). (You can check by clicking on "Users" in your screenshot)

    From the docs:
    "Only the account admin user can configure the SSO settings for your account."

    Thanks Jim - missed that wee detail. Identified our account admin and he was able to work with me to set this up.
