Is the gateway not booting, or is Securesphere not starting?
Either problem you should open a support ticket to get assistance.
If you want to
proceed at your own risk then --
If SecureSphere is not starting --
- In /opt/SecureSphere/etc there should be at least one backup of the bootstrap.xml.
- I have a bootstrap.xml.cron_backup file that is an exact copy.
- You may be able to copy that to the original name
- Then restart SecureSphere
If the gateway is not booting, you may need to rebuild and add the gateway as existing.
See the admin guide section on
Replacing a Faulty Gateway or Upgrading to a New Gateway ModelEither way, I would recommend to get support involved
