Imperva Cyber Community

Has anyone else had difficulty getting someone from Sales to return their emails and phone calls?  I want to add services to my account and every time I try to contact sales, my sales rep is changed and it takes weeks before I get a response.  I try calling the toll free number and select 1 for sales but I get either voicemail or silence.
