  • 1.  Error on ADC update feature

    Hi all,

    I cannot update ADC because this job cannot be done. I tried to abort this job but the process be abort. 
    So how I fix that?

    The error message seems to indicate the job has been canceled. If it has been canceled and not clearing try rebooting the MX, this should clear the job. If it does not, please, contact support and invite them to look into the issue. There are a few other ways to clear the job that support is able to direct you.
