Agent Data interface Issue

    I have registered the agent to the Gateway and had done all necessary config in the GUI as well.

    even after that my Data Interface Tab is not automatically configured.

    Even service type tab in GUI is showing as none.

    What can be the reason? How to resolve the same?

    From the description and screen shot, it would appear that this agent is installed on a host that might be a secondary node and not detecting any database process running.

    I see that the server group and default service are assigned. 

    if this host is a secondary node, then you could add a user defined interface until the node become active, which should then pick up the data interfaces, if this is a primary node and you have database services running on the host, suggest open a case, so that tech support can examine log files.

    it's either what Trevor touched on, or it is a RAC on Windows, in which case Data Interface Discovery is not supported so you'll have to add your Data Interfaces manually.
