Hello,
ADC policies allow limited changes. In case you want to change any of match criteria value you should make a new copy of the policy.
When you go to Policies -> New -> Web Service -> Use existing and select DoS Mitigation - Resource Size. You will be able to change match criteria value or add/remove as you want.
