    Hi 

    I have a issue with Imperva solution FAM.
    I have a problem with the file audit,  the user always is "unresolved user". I know that to resolve this i need to extrat the kerberos key  but every day it extract the kerberos key successfully and the issue continue.

    The server are Windows.
    The topolgy implementation is bridge.

    Unfortunately I suspect you are encountering a known bug 
    In V13 we had some code changes that impacted our ability to decrypt using keberos 
    We have a solution for DB - advanced monitoring 

    But for FAM we require a code change 
    The bug is SPHR-74501

    The good news is that it will be part of 13.6 which was just released today

    can i  update from 13.5 to 13.6 with the file SecureSphere V13.6.0-x86_64-Patch30_0.x?  or i need a clean installation.

    how can  i update from version 13.5 to 13.6?

    going from 13.5 to 13.6 can be achieved via a patch - it does not require an upgrade
