    Hi All,

    We get the message: "Could not reach Community Defense " from system events,before that everything was fine. I have checked connection from mx to imperva domain and it's fine.

    Could we do anything more to investigate this issue?.

    Hi Nguyen Doan,

    This can occur for a number of reasons. If its a non occasional occurrence it may be that the server or client (in this case the MX) may have been busy or that network congestion or another variable may be the cause.

    If its persistent and has only started to occur, whereas it was working before, we would need to investigate further. In this instance we'd recommend opening a new case with our support team and provide the get-tech-info file for the MX. This contains a server_cloud txt file, located at opt/SecureSphere/server/SecureSphereWork/logs/cloud/server_cloud_log.txt which can help us narrow down the root cause.
