  • 1.  Report for number of hits per day for policy

    Posted 12-03-2020 07:29
    Hi,

I would like to create report to see how many events was per day for each policy. So I have created new db audit report, in "Data scope" I have selected only one policy and the on "Data analyst Views"  set Bar chart type, X axis=Days, Y axis=Hits, present chart is checked, present tabular view does not work (opened support case).
I have 2 problems with this report:
    - x axis sorts result based on the number of hits and NOT days in order from Monday -> Sunday. Is there any sort option?
    - I am only able to get graph for one policy, it does not allow me to bring multiple policy

Is there any way this report can be fixed or is there any other way to get statistics number of hits per days for polices?

    Regards, Rok

I think I may have something close to what you need.

On the Data Scope tab select multiple policies
On the Data Analysis Views tab, enable the data analysis view 1
    • Chart type - bar
    • X-Axis - Days of the week
    • Y-Axis - Hits
    • Grouping - Policy
    • Max values X-Axis - 10
    • Max values grouping - 5
    • Present chart is checked
    • Present tabular view is unchecked, if checked I get counts of each policy for each day.

The only way to control the days is to configure the the report to run on a certain day of the week, for the past week (on data scope tab).
