    DEAR TEAM,

    I WANT TO INTEGRATE imperva database activity monitoring tool to BMC remedy ticketing tool for generating the ticket for dam alert. But while communication we are getting below error.

    Hello,

    From the logs this looks like a SSL certificate issue. 

    The error message explains that MX cannot find the certificate of your BMC Server in its certificate chain and was unable to establish SSL connection with your BMC Server.
    You will need to import your BMC Remedy Server's certificate into the Management Server's  certificate chain.
