  • 1.  Unable to access via SSH

    Hi Guys,

    I faced a issue that the GW unable to access via putty SSH. when try to access from the other GW to the issue GW via SSH, it shoe man in the middle error message and mentioned the public key is changed. 

    Any of you face this before? and how you solve it?

    Dear Michael,

    This is due to the stored key is not matching the target GW IP.
    Please remove the stored key inside $HOME/.ssh/known_hosts.
