HI All, I am noticing an issue where one of the site behind waf is experiencing a websocket disconnection.

I am just trying to figure out what exactly is for the websocket to be cut by the WAF.

Can we temporarily disable anything that is interfering with web sockets as the Origin server websockets are long living sockets

    Any suggestions

    Regards

@Anoop Karumbathil I am not so technical, but I did look on Imperva Docs site:  https://docs.imperva.com/ and right now I can't find anything around that question. I am trying to find you an answer to the question, but some of our folks are on holiday. Stay tuned!

@Anoop Karumbathil It looks like we may need some more information.

Here is what I received from our support team. Your issue could stem from timing out or reset from origin. The websocket should not be interrupted. "We need more details and a PCAP from origin, HAR from client. Please verify that Imperva is whitelisted, ask for idle timeout - if the session is idle for more than 6 minutes."
