    Hello ,
    I am looking for a standard configuration document for Imperva DBF and WAF to satisfy my PCIDSS requirement  documentation.

    Any pointer?

    The Database Activity Monitoring User Guide has a list and description of all the predefined PCI policies.   
    From that list you could map the policy to the various PCI Section items.

    You could also search the support site for PCI.
    One article found a PCI Compliance document - https://www.imperva.com/resources/resource-library/datasheets/pci-compliance/ 

    Not sure about WAF, but it's user guide should have something similar.
