Unknown ssl session

    Hello everyone,

    When you have Unknown SSL Session Alerts in DAM agent deployments, how do you resolve the issue?
    In knowledge base is stated that:
    The connection reuses an SSL session which is not known to On-Premises (SecureSphere).  May happen when the server was just created/enabled.

    But mine is a server created long ago.

    hi Sabajete,

    try to increase session timeout: go to service definition in site tree, Operation tab, connection settings

    Will do. Any suggested value? They are using 7200 default value for the moment.

    should be equal or larger than DB server session timeout value
