Since it is unknown whether this is a newly MX-HA deployment, nor the characteristics of the situation, please use the following info in order to mitigate the situation:
1. Make sure
required ports are open on both members:
https://docs.imperva.com/bundle/v12.6-administration-guide/page/60527.htm 2. Verify which node is indeed the Active one, by running the following CLI command on
both nodes -
impctl server ha status
In case the issue persist, I would advise to raise a case with our Technical Support team, for a better troubleshooting.

Hi there,
I have two management servers in HA mode but I can not access directly to the primary server via ssh.
currently I can only ssh to the primary management server through the secondary server under admin mode.
So is it possible to ssh directly to the primary server? or maybe I have to reset the admin password on the primary server?
