    Hi team,

    May we ask assistance to create a custom rule to serve captcha to a bot traffic under user agent "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/79.0.3945.117 Safari/537.36"

    • Is this something that Imperva should implement on their side?
    • If we can do this under Imperva ABP console, can you please provide the steps on how to proceed?

    Hi Sarah,

    Noted on that. Just to say that we used to be able to log tickets via https://help.distilnetworks.com/hc/en-us but its now redirecting at https://community.imperva.com/home that's why we ended up posting our support request here

    Hi Dennis,

    Thanks for highlighting this. 

    The Distil portal has been merged into the new support portal. All existing data has been migrated into this new portal and so the redirect has been set up to take you to the support portal where you can access community, documentation and, of course, support. You can learn more about this change here.
