  • 1.  GW GTI failed from MX GUI

    Hi everyone


    I wonder if anyone has seen this issue before and how you solved it

    1- I tried to get a GTI of one of the DBFs of a customer and I got this message. The file is empty.



    2- But from that DBF02 CLI I was able to get it



    I apreciate any help on this

    Hi,
    Cezami's solution could help.

    I had a similar issue with the reports file.
    Please check:
    1. free space on HDD - "df -hk" - look at "/" root partition.
    2. Try to find where the file has been saved -> go to the root partition, and use the command "find" -> example: find . | grep part_of_file_name
    the file name you can see on the screen when you click on the link
    3. check the permissions  -> I think should be mxserver:mxserver - if don't then try to change it.
    4. On my printscreen is an example from the OneBox MX.

    Hi everyone

    Thanks for your comments regarding this issue.  At the moment, I opened a support case and was detected a crash in the GW. The recommendation from support is to restart it I see it this solved the issue.

    I'll do that and update this post once I have more news.  :)
