Hi,
In this screen (Setup --> Settings --> SOM to MX Communication) you need to upload SSL certificate that will encrypt connection between the MX and SOM on port 8084.
Is that what you are trying to achieve?
If so, you can generate a certificate and upload it to SOM.
If you want to upload SSL certificate for your web server it's under Setup --> Sites --> Service Level --> Encryption Support.
