Hello Christopher
Thanks for your comments, TAC support recommend me to delete the large size files in
/opt/SecureSphere/server/SecureSphere/jakarta-tomcat-secsph/webapps/SecureSphere/WEB-INF/reptemp/ and other files in /var
yesterday I deleted a lot of backup, reports files
I try to install the path, and the installation was successful
But when I reboot the MX, only the management-server is not-running
Do you have any idea what happens?????
Thanks

@Alejandro Hernandez, in addition to what @Ira Miga said, check the output of the "df -h" command and if it says 300 Gb (which is rather large for /tmp, you could be confusing it with /var), then we can look at it here. Let us know if this helps.

I want to upgrade my MX from version 13.5.0.20 to 13.6.0.35
But when I try to execute the patch send this error:
Patch Installation requires more than 1GB on /tmp, but the tmp folder has 300 GB available in /tmp
