We were asked to enter SECURE user password during importing. But we forgot the password. How could we recover?
When exporting, this SECURE user password was not asked, when importing it is asked however.
We prefer recovering than resetting: if reset, I am afraid we cannot use the new SECURE user password when importing the file which contains the old new SECURE user password. If recovering is not allowed, how could we workaround this?
Any advice would much be appreciated. Thanks.
