    Hi Community,

    I just wanted to give you a heads up that the Community team will be taking some time over the holidays and so I wanted to remind you where you can find some key info. Make sure you log in to see all of the content and to comment or engage with content. 

    1. We have our product resource pages in the Product resources drop down tab in the navigation. You will find lots of useful links from Community and beyond for your Imperva Product.

    Oh I almost forgot:

    Having trouble registering or engaging? Try these steps:

    1. Log in to community using your Customer Support Portal credentials (this is different to your MY portal).

    2. If you still cannot RSVP, please click here and then click "join" beside "Imperva Cyber Community". This grants you access to all Community content.

    3. If you do not yet have access to the Customer Support Portal please request access here and try step 1 and 2 again.

    Hi Sarah,

    May I ask about the roadmap for the Imperva channel on YouTube? How will you continue communicate product content? Will it be through the Thales channel, or just in community or partner portal?

    The latest video update on the Imperva channel on YouTube was posted 10 months ago.

    Thanks for reaching out. 
    For now, we will continue to share content on our community for customers and partners. You can find them here on the video hub. Just log in using Customer Support Portal credentials. 

    You can also find videos on various pages on our website, just scroll to the bottom of relevant product pages or view the resource library.

    Partners can access specific partner content on the partner portal.

    From a community perspective, we made a choice not to share our content via youtube so that we may share more valuable and detailed content with our registered members.

    I would love to hear what additional video content you would like to see, so that I can address this with our technical and product teams. Which topics are your customers most interested in?
