  • 1.  How to disable Web Application Profiles Function?

    My customer wants to completely disable the Profiles function.
    How to disable Web Application Profiles Function?

    I have do：
    1. "PROFILE > Application View > URLs(Tree View) > /(root directory) > Empty Directory" in all Web Application.
    2. "POLICIES > Security > Web Profile Policy"
        a. Unselect all Enabled item in Policy Rules
        b. Undo Apply To all ServerGrop
        c. Unselect all Enabled item in Automatic Profile Update
        d. select Disable learning engine

    But it still learning new Web Application Profiles.

    Hi Wenlong,

    step b. You need to "apply to all server group".
    You can think of it as not learning profile on all server group.
