    Hi everyone,

    I have a question about how to check on SecureSphere if I've reached the limit of my available Imperva DAM licenses. 
    When reviewing agent statuses, should I only consider those in "Running" or "Running with errors", or do agents in "Critical" status also count as occupying a license?

    Hi Lavinia,

    Based on my knowledge, the license will be applyed once the agent is onboarded to the Imperva DAM. This means the 3 agent status you mentioned will still occupy a license

    Please refer to the Para "Database Servers" and Appendix of the link (https://www.imperva.com/legal/wp-content/uploads/sites/14/2025/02/licensedefinitionsandrules.pdf) for more information.

    Rest of the terms, you mentioned, are the agent details like Status (Critical, etc.) and Running Status (Disabled, Running with Errors, etc.) as mentioned in the documentation: https://docs.imperva.com/bundle/v14.19-dam-user-guide/page/2976.htm
