I'm wondering why, application Profile in MX doesn't work and learned tab in Application View has no value in source Section , while in Monitor -> Alerts. you can observe lots of SQL Users / IPS / Source App / OS Hosts and so on in an alerts for a specific DB.
the structure I've followed for activating Dynamic Profile in MX:
1: create site / group / app for DB
2:Assign GW to site and set "Action Set" (it works properly without any error , we have full log of Alerts and violations )
Note : in DAM Documents, it is said that dynamic profiling will be activated automatically after it sees the first traffic of DB but, it doesn't go like that !
3: Therefore i hit the "Start Sharing Attributes" for enabling dynamic profile for specific Application in Profile -> Application View -> in User groups Section of app
meanwhile as i said i have full log and alerts .... but after a week of activating profile there's no value of app profiling in MX Profiling section !
Q1: which step have i missed for configuring the dynamic profiling ?
Q2: what's wrong with my configuration ?
Q3: would u mind if i ask for step by step guild line for making this feature active !
