    I am experiencing an issue where the audit data on the gateway device is full. The archive function works normally, but the purge function is not working correctly and has stopped for a while. Using the 'Purge Now' option from Maintenance does not work.

    So, how can I manually delete this data on the gateway?

    Hello Bui,

    There isn't a supported process to delete the audit via the CLI. The only available options would be to either delete the policy or proceed with the archive and purge job.

    I recommend opening a support ticket and including the GTI from the appliance for further investigation.

    I’ve located where the Audit Data is taking up space. Can I delete it via CLI? I’ve already tried using the GUI, but it doesn’t seem to work

    I already raised the issue, but due to several other problems, it still hasn't been resolved.
    There has been no clear answer on how to handle the full audit database issue on the gateway.
    The only response I received was to use Agent Monitoring Rules to filter the necessary traffic. That's all.
