  • 1.  Storage time and storage partition of DB Classification, Assessments, Discovery, Violation, Alert scan results

    Posted 28 days ago
    Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know how long Alerts, violations, System Events, Audit Data, and Results are saved after using DB Classification, Assessments, and  Discovery on the Imperva DAM interface?

And which partitions are they storaged in? For example, audit data will be saved by default at /var/SecureSphere/audit.
    Please help me
    Many thanks

    Hi Sbisoc 4430

    Tks for your reply

How can I know which partition these results (Assessment, Discovery "Data classification, and Database server info") are located in?

And how long it will be stored?. Because I see the audit data will be saved in the /data partition.

The articles only talk about storage time on Imperva's UI.

    Tks

    Nampp

    Hi Sbisoc 4430

I mean I'm understanding the configurations here are just for deletion on the Imperva MX interface. Not deleted from ImpervaMX's storage partition.

I don't know the size of 1.69 MB in this picture. Which partition is it taking up space?

    Hi Pham,

As per our understanding, information about alerts, assessments results, system events, etc. are stored in the tables of MX Oracle database while gateways have data partition where audit events are saved or preserved.

However, you may raise a support case for any further information.
