  • 1.  Issue FTP Action SET

    Hi team
    We have a problem with the FTP action set, I set up the right configuration (user, password, and port) , but I waited 10 minutes, and nothing happen. I don't see any error message because the load bar never finishes.
    this happens and never ends the load bar.
     
    I access using CLI and connect to the FTP server and the connections works fine.
     
    Could you help us, please?

    The FTP server is Windows Server 2012, but the problem happens whit all our customers with 14.X version, do you know if this action set (FTP) works?
    We have a test environment and happens the same, I don't think so is a network problem or ftp problem because I can send a file to ftp server from the MX (CLI).

    Hi,

    What software are you using on the receiving end? 
    You can use FileZilla server. It worked for me 
    - Install FileZilla server on the server you want to receive data. This will make the server an FTP server 
    - Then which user you want to use to connect to the server.
    - Configure the path where the data should be copied to 
    - Most importantly, on the FTP configs on imperva, put the virtual path option(from the FTP configs) on the path filed. It is mostly represented by "/"
