  • 1.  Dashboard out of memory

    Hi,

    I have 2 customer where the dashboard displays "out of memory" after a while. It happens in all browsers / versions. Support cannot reproduce the error (like in my lab it does not happen). I wonder if anyone else is seeing this problem?!?

    Is this a VM or a physical box? which version ?

    it is a VM in Version 14.7.0.20 / other customer 14.6.0.30!

    Open a SSH to the MX.

    Run tail_svlog

    Now open the dashboard page on the GUI, check the logs what is wrong here.

    Hi Martin,

    Before the version of 14.7.1.30 there was a bug related to PCE service that this service is affected by memory leak bug and stopped. You should upgrade to 14.7.1.30 or later.
