Thank you for the screenshot, its a generic error message, we would need to check the gateway logs to identify the root cause of this and fix it, did you make any recent changes on the MX or gateway?
You can check the gateway logs for specific errors.
As you have mentioned you are getting this error upon re-registering the new gateways, how did you un-register the old one's, did you follow the steps we recommend in the documentation?

I am trying to migrate the Gateway from the already deployed V1000 to new V2500, the new V2500 Gateway was registered and installed successfully, but i am getting the attached error. My Goal is to migrate the traffic nad policies from the old V1000 to V2500. Can anyone please help me with this error or provide me better steps for this migration.
