    Hello team,

We have deployed Imperva DAM in azure(14.7.1.20). Agent after registering changed its state from running to disconnected.

I am also not getting option to configure LAN interface eth1 on Imperva MX

Please confirm if imperva DAM in azure supports 2 NIC or not .

    MX in azure has:-

eth0:- mgmt interface in subnet (10.17.1.0/24)
eth1:- Not getting option to configure and assign ip on eth1 interface

    GW01:-
    eth0 - mgmt interface in subnet (10.17.1.0/24)
eth1- listner interface in subnet (10.1.1.0/24)

    Gw02:-
eth0- mgmt interface in subnet (10.17.1.0/24)
eth1:- listner interface in subnet (10.1.1.0/24)

    Hi Ashutosh,

What is the design in your environment , are you using HA or Cluster of the Gateway ?
If you are using cluster , were you able to register the agent on cluster ip ?

    Regards
    Syed

    Hello Syed,

I changed the Cluster configuration from dual to single. Still having same issue.

Agent gets registered and then gets disconnected automatically.

Below is gateway configuration where HA is enabled.:-

    Hi,

Please remember that you always need to set on the gateway "Agent related routes" when you are using two NICs and two different IPs (one for mgmt, one for agent listener).
If you need help I will be able to help you via zoom.
Write to me on priv, please.

    Hello,

    Route is already configured.

Do you have idea  if Azure SpcurepSphere supports 2 NIC .
