Good Day!
Asking for your help on the issue that we encounter on one of our users in Imperva CWAF. We tried to authenticate but it always says "The session has expired, please restart the login process" .
We already tried to clear the cache, use incognito mode, update the browser, but still encounter the same error.

If you have any solution for this, kindly let us know. Thank you
