    Good Morning,

We have Oracle 12 DBs with Imperva agents and SecureSphere Version: 14.0.
Does any of you has ever faced some compatibility issues concerning Oracle 12 version DB?

    Thank you,

    G.

    Hi Giulia Casaldi,

Oracle EOL Version Detail at this link: Oracle EOL Version Detail indicates that Oracle version 12 is EOL.

Additionally, Imperva policy states that "When third-party vendors announce end-of-life dates for operating systems or database versions, Imperva will also discontinue further support as of that end-of-life date."
That explains why you are having compatibility problems.

    Hi Mitseh,
thank you so much for your reply,
so far I am not having any compatibility problems. I was wondering: could there be any in the future? (you've already answered that, but if you have any other information or advice on the subject, thank you) and if so: what is the best practice in dealing with this?
    Thank you so much again
    Giulia

For some DB types and versions it is possible to purchase Imperva extended support. If this option looks relevant for you, you can ask  Imperva SE who is working with you on your DAM project to share more details.
