    It can be number of reasons for this type of errors. I would suggest to open case to On-Prem Support to address this issue and find correct solution.

    Hi Josue,

    We solved the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the agent. Also, while re-installing we made sure /tmp directory has full rights.
