We’re excited to announce that in January 2026, our product notifications are being migrated into the Thales Support Portal. This update gives you easy access to all of your product updates and information in one place:
· Customize your product emails: Do you want updates daily on your favorite products, and weekly or monthly on others? Now you can adjust your email subscriptions according to the notification type, product family, and frequency that meets your needs.
· View Past Notifications: Product notices are listed on the product support page, so no more searching emails for release notes or that end-of-support notification.
· Easy Access to Product Information: The product support page offers links to product guides, version support, knowledge base articles, and more for easier access to the information you need most.
How to Update Email Subscriptions in 3 Steps
Here’s 3 easy steps to help you manage product notifications, so you can only receive the product information and updates that are relevant for you:

Step 1: Visit the Thales Support Portal and login with your username and password.

Step 2: Click on the “My Portal” > “Subscriptions” link from the top navigation bar to open the My Subscriptions page.

|
|
Step 3: Locate the desired product(s) and select an email frequency that suits your needs. Additional options include subscribing to types of notifications by product.

What Notifications are Being Migrated?
All product notifications such as End-of-Support, End-of-Life, Version Support, and Release Notifications are being moved to the Thales Support Portal for Data Security Fabric (DSF) and its components (DSF Hub/Sonar, Database Access Management, File Access Management, and Data Risk Analysis), as well as notifications for the legacy-Imperva on-premise WAF Gateway.
