The Gold Contributor Badge
It's safe to say our Gold Contributors need no introduction. You'll see them popping up on community often. The Platinum Contributor Badge *NEW*
Introduced to celebrate 3 years of community, our platinum badge is awarded to those who have taken the next step in connecting and contributing to community. Adding value and exploring scenarios has become part of their day to day.
So much so, that this badge comes with a reward. Each member that receives this badge also reives a training credit to sit one of the Imperva accreditation exams.

Community Ribbons
The Community Ribbons indicate a specific role or area of expertise within the community. You will see these under the the member's profile picture on their profile, as well as any posts they add on community. These ribbons include:
Reward Program Rules
- Each accreditation credit is valid for one attempt.
- The credit code will expire after 6 months.
- The code is non-transferrable and any person that attempts to use the code when they are not a platinum contributor, will forfeit their badge and the person transferring is no longer eligible for the credit.
- This training reward is being offered to platinum contributors for a limited time only.
FAQs
What exactly does the training credit give me?
The training credit allows you one attempt at sitting the exam for one of the certifications listed below.
IDSC: Imperva Data Security Certification
IASC: Imperva Application Security Certification
ICSC: Imperva Cloud Security Certification
Where are these exams found?
Each platinum contributor will receive a single use promotional code. To redeem your training credit, go to Imperva University and log in using your support portal credentials. Select the certification path that you wish to attempt. Once you have read the details surrounding the exam and are happy to continue, select “purchase”. Enter your unique promotional code where it says “Enter promotion, license, or credit code” and hit apply. This will deduct the cost of the exam attempt from your total.
When you say the credit is available for 1 attempt, does that mean if I am unsuccessful in passing this attempt at the exam, I cannot retake the exam?
Please read the “About this course” section carefully before redeeming your code. This section provides details on the exam including duration, number of questions, recommended study materials and next steps should you be unsuccessful in this attempt. Please note that this promotional code is valid for one attempt only, any additional attempts will be at the cost of the student and subject to the terms outlined in the “Exam Failure” section of “About this Course”

Once you are certified, you may display your certification badges online (e.g. social media, email, community etc.), subject to Imperva’s terms and conditions.
