I had a similar issue with the reports file.
Please check:
1. free space on HDD - "df -hk" - look at "/" root partition.
2. Try to find where the file has been saved -> go to the root partition, and use the command "find" -> example: find . | grep part_of_file_name
the file name you can see on the screen when you click on the link
3. check the permissions -> I think should be mxserver:mxserver - if don't then try to change it.
4. On my printscreen is an example from the OneBox MX.
