  • 1.  Enable SSH to MX

    Kindly advise how I can enable SSH access to the MX. I can access the gateway via SSH but the MX is refusing to connect.

    Are you trying to connect with "root" user or other users?  if you are trying to connect with "root" user, you should allow your IP by running:
    impctl hardening config --root-source-ip-exception=<IP address> ---- IP from which root is allowed over ssh
