  • 1.  Agent AIX Issue

    Hi all,

    we have installed an agent on a server AIX 7.2. This agent is running adn registered, we can see it on the console, but the console doesn't give us the OS info, DB, Agent version and other informations. with several searches we discover that there is a file in the etc directory (etc / logs / wd), with an error. The file is the wd.html, in this file we can see that the agent is listening on an IP that is not the localhost as it should be. We looked for this IP, but there are no clues about it. Is there anyone who has the same problem?
    Do you have any tips to solve this problem?
    we have already tried to reinstall, re-register but nothing changes.

    unfortunately we have not found a solution. we tried to reinstall it and reboot the machine but it didn't work.

    Hi Ricardo,

    Long back, we observed similar kind of issue when the agent was monitoring MongoDB.

    Did you notice such errors while reviewing the agent log files? If yes, then run the following commands to cross verify the IP address:

    If the output of the commands give you same IP, then you have to ask your IT team to make configuration changes at server level.
