Thank you for the post, the supportability depends on the OS and the DB combination,
you may refer to 'Data Security Coverage Tool', which contains all the combinations of supported DB and OS- in order to determine if the correct ragent version was chosen.

The correct way to use it:
Select DB type
Select DB version
Select OS type (the DB is installed on)
Select OS version
Select GW version
Select MX version
MX and GW Platform (e.g. VMWare, AWS, etc.)
Select agent version
If you stop at one of the steps above- for example- if after selecting the OS version you are not able to select the GW version (since it doesn't appear, or appears grayed out)- it means the combination is not supported and therefore needs to be changed.
