    Hello everyone,

    I'm trying to open a case for jSonar, but when I submit, I get the image error, I already tried from my account and a colleague from my team tried from his personal account and the same thing happens.

    Hello Jorge,

    Can you please try with the different browser and please?
    May I confirm if you are trying to use your customer support portal or your partner portal to submit this ticket and what email id you are using to open a support ticket?
