  • 1.  Gateway connect lost

    Hi, I have a program that can make sure MX and gateway healthiness.
    I found that somtimes when I ping the gateway it would time out, and my MX's status would show "tx hang".
    When this situation happens, and gateway have a movement, tx hang and time out will disappear.
    I'm thinking is it because gateway is on hook for too long.
    Is there any solution to solve this problem?

    Hello Danny,

    Thank you for the post, we would need to check the gateway logs during that time stamp to understand more on this.
    Is this a hardware or a virtual machine and the MX/GW version?
