  • 1.  Gateway disconnected from Cluster Manager

    Gateway is up and running agent also reporting to gateway however a critical alarm triggered as below are the details.

    Gateway name cannot be reached by Cluster manager

    Gateway name in Cluster PRD_CLUSTER cannot be reached by the Cluster manager. Possible causes are network issues or power issues of this Gateway. All Agents assigned to this Gateway are at risk of losing data.

    How can i resolve this issue.
