    Hi Has anyone faced the error below and how was the resolution?

    Error - >
    An active shared server has been detected on the Oracle database server. Please disable the Oracle shared server option on that server or enable shared server channel discovery via the SecureSphere Agents Advanced Configuration, otherwise some or all of the data associated with the Oracle database will not be monitored.
