  • 1.  SOM alarm is not getting auto cleared

    Hi Imperva DAM Community,

    Request your kind suggestions, one of the SOM alarm is not getting auto cleared even after I acknowledged it.

    The alarm raised was "Redundant MX is Disconnected". However, upon checking I found that the Redundant MX is up and running fine and is in sync with Primary.

    Could you kindly advise if there is a way to clear this alarm.

    Hi Rakesh,

    As per your description the alarm was supposed to be cleared. If it does not happen, need to investigate the reason and fix it. I would suggest to address this issue in case to On-Prem support. Screenshot of the alarm details  from the MX GUI and logs from SOM and MXs would be helpful in such kind of investigation.
