Thanks for the update. I have setup cloud storage through Life Cycle management now, but by default it will purge data after period I have configured. Is there any way to purge data instantly?

Did you set cloud storage through Life Cycle management? and did you validate the access key had the right permissions?

Also, I would suggest to open a support case as by checking logs (sonarw.log, sonard.log and catalina.out), we will have better understanding of the issue.
