  • 1.  WAF on premise error - error on worker 5 - code: -111 s

    Hi everyone

    Hope you are doing well. I was checking a GTI of one the GWs of one of my customers and found all 8 /var/log/messages logs files with this error. This error is so numerous that each message file last for one day. All files are overwritten in 8 days.

    Here is the message:

    2024-01-21T02:04:54.970016-03:00 localhost kernel:[6035334.626378] hades warn: connect [172.29.130.131]:0->[172.29.158.38]:443 error on worker 5 - code: -111 s

    From this message we have:

    72.29.130.131 -> Internal interface of the KRP seeing to the customer backend 

    72.29.158.38:443 -> Customer web service at its servers

    My question is:

    What is code: -111 s error code? what does it mean?

    Appreciate any information / help about this issue.

    Hello Freddy,

    This error on worker code -111s indicates that the connection was refused from the server side[RST].

    I hope this is clear.
