I have 2 imperva containers with 2 servers 

I would like to whitelist IPs so that request coming from one server to an other will not be block 

Is it possible via WAF Rules ?

Yes it is possible to do this via adding an exception, by creating an exception in the WAF Rules policy, you can allow requests coming from one server to another and prevent them from being blocked.
