There should be nothing wrong at all. Can you confirm the DFS / Sonar / SecureSphere and Agent versions that you're running? You're probably running v14.10+ on the server(s) and not on the agents. See: from the bottom half of: https://docs.imperva.com/bundle/v14.12-dam-release ...

Nikhil is correct; there is no way to by pass the TRP flow of traffic for a specific client (end user or IP address). I'd be interested to understand the motivations or reasoning behind looking into wanting to bypass TRP; as there could be a valuable datapoint there that I wouldn't want to miss. ...
