I am having issues installing and updating the Agent Compatibility Package (ACP). Can someone help?

We find that many users will see the following errors in agents' logs:
Here's how you can update the ACP:
Manual import
Download ACP from FTP: /Downloads/SecureSphere_Agents/ACP/
Import in MX
Under Software Update > More ..." TAB : Import Agent Compatibility Package
The package will be distributed automatically to all Agents upon Import.
Import in SOM
- Under Setup -> Settings: Agent Compatibility Package Management
- The package will be distributed automatically to all registered MXs
