Does Imperva's default error page template allow you to add an HTTP response code or is that done through custom code?

Hi Tony! Thank you for writing to us.

Yes, the option to modify the Imperva's response code and template is available if your website is also onboarded with Cloud WAF services. This is configurable under the Website > Security > Rules.

You will have the option to set the condition with the filter "ABP Action" and then set the action to rewrite the error response.

You can also find more details about how you can configure this under the following link:

    https://docs.imperva.com/bundle/cloud-application-security/page/rules/rule-parameters.htm

    https://docs.imperva.com/bundle/cloud-application-security/page/rules/error-response-rule.htm

Please also be informed that this option is only available if you have the Load Balancing / Delivery rule feature enabled on your account.

If you encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to log a case to Support and we will be glad to assist you.
